I called my local subway and of course my area here in NC is not particating....BOO

No way! I'm in NC, too and my daughter went to get a sub after school and they told her about the BOGO tomorrow. She came home and told me. There is nothing on their website, but when I did a Google search, I found that article. That stinks.
