Subway and Disney?! Phineas and Ferb!

My 2DS just came in freaking out to go to Subway......

After they calmed down they told me that Subway had Phineas and Ferb in their happy meals....so I was uterly confused.

DS7 took me into the family room to rewind live TV sure enough the Subway commercial said they had Phineas and Ferb with their subway kids meals.

So just wondering if the eat fresh - subway scored the big Disney deal.

I would love that! I miss the so unhealthy happy meal toys and my boys begging to go to Subway.

I love Phineas and Ferb....ok my 2DS.

I didn't know there were toys in the meals either? I plan on investigating today.

I guess it could make a good deal if they teamed up? Disney supporting healthy and Subway stock going through the roof!

Wonder if the team knows anything about this on good authority.

I just went to Subway.com and went to the Kids Pak page and they do have the Phineas and Ferb toys listed as their toy right now for the Kids Pak! Woohoo Disney toys and healthy food what could be better?

I think you do.... however.... it hasn't changed since I first found Subway, and thats been 2 years.

That's going to be a much healthier option than a Happy Meal. We really like Subway but it's actually kind of expensive for my family of four to eat there, so we don't go that often. (Hopefully they will continue with more promos like the $5 footlongs.)

Unfortunately...my kids only eat fruit spread (jelly) sandwiches...occasionally they will eat grilled cheese or put some peanut butter on w/ the fruit spread.

SO... I'm not thinking there are any Subway kid's meals in our future anytime soon!

We've never been to Subway. My kids have been bugging me to go. Not because of the toys but because of one of the sandwiches they show on tv My kids are foodies!!

Maybe we'll try it this weekend.

DS8 came running into the office the other day asking to go to Subway too. He loves P&F. I find the opening song catchy (a local band Bowling For Soup sings it). So, on Friday DH picked up dinner at Subway for everyone on his way home from work. However, they didn't have the P&F toys in them. DD5 got an Angelina Ballerina toy and the boys got Yu-Gi-Oh toys. So, we will probably have lunch sometime this week at Subway. Has anyone got the P&F toys yet?????

The shows a little annoying to me but the theme song rocks!

We start every day with me singing loudly "This could possibly be the best day ever!"

We like the Subway kids meals because they have lots of choices (baked chips, raisins, etc) and dd can order exactly what she wants (just tuna and roll).

Bowling for Soup is from Denton, Texas. They actually do the theme song for Jimmy Neutron also. I've got to meet them numerous times and they are great. My 2 (now 3 year old son) loves all their music and "Jaret" the lead singer. When we walked into the Disney Store and he heard the P&F theme song for the 1st time he even said "that's Jaret daddy" I got all 4 P&F toys for him today. They charged me 1 dollar per toy which was Ok with me since I didn't buy a meal. Can't wait for the real toys and merchandise to start showing up at stores.
