Subway $2 6" Subs in Dec

Saw this price on their tv ad last night.

So I took major advantage of the $5 footlong promo in October (I was 36-40 weeks pregnant! ;) ) Now I'm excited for this promo. I won't feel so bad since its a 6 inch :lmao:

Just remember - the $2 price is only for the 6" meatball and cold cut trio, not all subs. Enjoy!

I hope the Subway in the hospital I work at decides to do this. Since they are not a separate store they have been able to get away with not participating in all the promotions Subway has had lately.

Glad you posted that...we don't eat either of those, too high in fat.

Hmm. I didn't see the ad, just the articles on it. They all say "meatball and cold cut subs" not cold cut trio (which I think you meant combo? that's what it's called on the website).

So wouldn't that be good for all cold cut ones including the regular 6 grams or less subs like turkey, ham, etc? It's possible the articles are wrong and the ads say cold cut combo, I just haven't seen an ad.

My husband and I are Subway franchisees. I thought the wording in the USA Today article was misleading so that is why I posted the reminder about it being the Meatball and Cold Cut Trio/Combo subs (the name has changed over the years - sometimes I forget what it is currently being called). I haven't seen a TV commercial so I don't know if they specify the Cold Cut Combo. :)

Our Subway has a club with turkey, ham and roast beef. Cold cut is not the same. I'll have to see if the club is included.

The Subway Club is a completely different sandwich. It is not included in the $2 deal. Sorry!

Darn! I love Subway but only eat the veggie. I wish that were part of the deal.
