Sorry if these are stupid questions- first of all, what does ADR stand for? Advanced Dining Reservation maybe? Second, I'm sure it is somewhere, but what is the number I call? Also, we are not going to WDW but want to eat at a couple of restaurants in the hotels ( Chef Mickey's and WCC). Is it obvious where we park and how much does it cost to park? Oh, and is it possible to order a cake for a birthday when we are eating at one of these restaurants?

Yes, Advanced Dining Reservation.

Disney dining is 407-WDW-DINE.

Yes, you can park at the resorts (Contemporary for Chef Mickey's, Wilderness lodge for WCC).

Yes, you can order a cake.

And one more suggestion: hurry and make those ADRs. You are going to 2 very popular restaurants at a very busy time (mid-July), and people have been booking July ADRs for almost three months now.

Thanks for answering all my questions. Yes, I just realized tonight that at WDW you can make ADRs at 180 days. We've never been to WDW- usually go to DL and there you make your reservations 60-90 days out ( I can't remember exactly right now) and I've never had problems a month or so ahead of time. I guess WDW is much more popular at the restaurants. I will call first thing in the morning.

Thanks again, Bob, for spurring me on to make my ADRs. I called today and was able to get the days and times I wanted. It is nice to have one more thing marked off of my to do list.

Great news... I'm glad you were able to get everything you wanted!

Enjoy your trip!
