I believe all deluxes do, except unless your concerige you must request the service. (exception GF). We have recieved it at the Poly, CR, & BC. You call housekeeping on your room phone when you get in your room or on a daily basis, or the day you want the service, etc... .

Hi there!

Yes, as soon as you get to your room, call mousekeeping and ask for daily turndown service. there may be a better way to do it, though. Maybe when you check in?

The reason I say that is one trip we requested turn down for every night of our stay (thru mousekeeping) and we got it. The next time, we only got it the first night ...as if they did not note on our request that we wanted it every night.

when we were at CR last week we didn't request it but one night mousekeeping came knocking on the door at 10:10 pm saying turn down service-- and I had just put the kids to sleep and raced to the door before they woke them up. I thought that was way late for turn down service!

When I stayed at the Boardwalk (1996 -- time flies!) they automatically did it every night and yes, there was chocolates there. Just what I need more junk food after a day of pigging out at the parks LOL.

Hmmmm turn down service is starting to sound pretty tempting. LOL Might have to give it a try when we're at Contemporary in 12 days! LOL

They turn down the beds and leave chocolate, and sometimes they empty out any trash (if you have been in the room since your daily maid service) and also sometimes they dim the lights and draw the curtains.

A few times we were in our room, showering and changing when it came time for turndown service...so they just handed us a handful of chocolates when I met them at the door to tell them we would not be needing TD service that night! Works for me!!!
