Stupid Question...

I am a total Disney person. We've never done Universal because Disney is a known entity and it's always cheaper to just add an extra day. Someday we will, but probably not this trip.

However this Toothsome Emporium is tempppppppting. Hence my question: is City Walk Universal's answer to Disney Springs? Is it the same thing where you can just go and walk around for free? This might be our gateway into trying Universal...

Yup, you just have to pay for parking but anyone can go and eat at the restaurants.

Universal has one big parking structure for both the parks and City Walk which is why you have to pay to park and visit City Walk.
