Is there a DVC resort being built in Chicago? (Not one through the exchange program but a full-fledged DVC?)

I haven't seen any rumors of a resort there. There is a DVC sales office in Chicago though.

Highly doubt it. Heck, they could not even keep Disney Quest open downtown.

That's what I thought. My wife was telling me about some DVC in Chicago. I think she mixed it up with the DVC store up there.
