After going to WDW many times since DD was almost 3, we finally took her last year and she can't wait to go back!

Prior to that I had been about 10 years ago and thought it was just okay.
The best part, for many, is that you can do all the arcade type games without paying anything additional. My family likes to ride the arcade motorcycles. We were able to ride several times in a row without getting off as there wasn't a line waiting.
The river raft ride is kind of fun, but hard! We like the pirate ride.

We did the animation drawing (similar to one at DCA in CA) but unlike the one we do here all the time, we didn't get to keep our digital drawing without paying extra.

There are several other things you can do (a recording, build a toy, etc.) that require pruchasing to keep. But you can do them on the computer screen without paying for it.
We went on a rainy mid-week day. Got there just before opening (11 ?). Wasn't too busy. Took a lunch break (at Wolfgang Puck Express-very close by and delish!) walked around DTD for awhile and then my DM took our car back to POP and DD9 and I went back to DQ. Still wasn't very busy. After we left we did something for the first time-we rode a bus to our resort!

We would have stayed longer but we had plans to meet up with my DM's 80+ y/o uncle and aunt for dinner.
We will be going back this year-we have a lot of plusses left on our 10 PH, no exp, with plusses tickets. It's a good way to spend a rainy day, or a good place to go after the parks close (esp. off-season when the parks close earlier) And the closeness of WPE is another benefit.
Go, your kids will love it (and maybe even you!)
