stupid question: binders

Anyone else ever use a binder from the school supply asle for a scrapbook? Im planning on decking it out all pretty (I got a flair for fabric covering stuff). I was just feeling like I was letting my scrapbook down (ok that sounds pathetic) but money is tight. Its all photos of our trip to madison, wi last year.

I did that to start with but I started making digi scrapbooks & made 8.5x11 pages then I got into paper & making 12x12

My kids had so many binders they abandoned from school, that I started using them for scrapbooks. I bought page protectors and white card stock in bulk. I put about 3 years of home life in each binder. I like the 3 rings, as they are easy to re-arrange, or add to later. I
