Stupid question about MYW dining

I'm feeling like a real amateur here but I can't seem to find what restaurants are included in the dining option. Can someone help me with this? Thanks.

Note that accroding to this document, Le Cellier is still one dining credit. There has been some debate on this issue due to a posting on Mousesavers. I guess they could be changing it.
