Stupid question about furniture at VB

The first few times we stayed at VB, there was a chair and ottoman (sp?) in the room (an inn ocean view room).

The last few times there has not been. I realize that some of the rooms may be longer if they are on the corners and need a chair. We stayed in the same room 3 times.

Where does this kind of stuff go?

Who makes the decision to get rid of it?

I have to say we kind of missed it the last time we stayed in that type of room.

Are you saying you were in the same room and that it no longer has the chair? I'm not sure how that decision would be made....maybe a cost savings not to replace it? I don't ever recall having one in any of the rooms I've stayed in at the Inn. But, as you mention, the rooms are a variety of configurations.

Yes, I think we stayed in the room 3 times. The first 2 times the chair was there and the last time it wasn't.

I guess I was wondering more from a money standpoint. Who makes the decision just to move furniture? Was there a chair in every room and then all of the sudden there wasn't?

Maybe it was an extra item and was put in there because the room was on a corner. The corner rooms above that have a pull out couch and I know not all of the VB rooms have those.
