Started partying around 11pm and continued on until 4:15am. 
Woke both Dh and I right up around 2am. These people are not teens or college kids. They are I believe older then I. Not to say they should not have fun.... but dog gone man.
Before we fell asleep I thought it was Joey (soon to be 16yo) and his friends, but they all had been asleep by 9pm (most were asleep by 8:30 -they had gone to a card tourney around 5am LOL). I thought maybe they woke up. Nope. Then I thought maybe it was the living room TV cranked. But again nope. I finally figured it out, it was the upstairs neighbors.
And of course the later the evening got, the louder they talked and laughed and who knows WTheck they were doing (sounds like bowling balls are being dropped, or I have no clue what... dang. It is loud though!!).
Ticks me off because we even cranked the fan which drowns out most noises. Did it this time? Heck no!! The neighbors are louder then Joey and SIX of his friends even when they are laughing and horsing around!
And if it wasnt the neighbors, the cat decided to use her litter box. When she does she scratches the side of the box (no where near litter) over and over for like 30 minutes. Makes me want to rip my hair out!!
So here it is, 5am in the morning, I am wide awake. I had slept all of 2 hours maybe, when the fargin neighbors woke me up. I have sleep issues as it is and did not expect them to be louder at 2am vs 11pm.
Anyone else have inconsiderate neighbors?
