Disney is contagious!! I get the comments all the time, usually from friends and family that have never been, or have not been in the past 20 years or so. I know 3 people who have been to Disney, and though they had enjoyed themselves, really wouldn't care to back. These people, I tell them not even to talk to me, LOL. A friend of mine just went to Disney for the first time in March with her DH, 3yo and 10 yr old. they stayed off property in a family timeshare, so accomadations were free. I just talked to her last night for the first time since she got back, and found out they are now planning on going back next year (she said her DH is hooked) and she wants me to sit down with her and explain
DVC. This is usually what happens when the nay'sayers take their own trip to Disney. Hey, I was one myself. My sister talked me into going, I was 27 years old and single, looking for a place to go on vacation with my best friend. I could not imagine the two of us in Disney with no kids. We went, and I came back a FANATIC. Now, I have my own kids, but my friend and I are planning a "single" trip agian the year we turn 40. No kids, no husband. Just the two of us trying to relive our youth! LOL.
Ignore the people. 9 out of 10 of them have not been to Disney, so they know not what they speak!
