Stupid day...

Today was supposed to be an awesome day...DH and I were going to get an hour long couples massage (a gift from his mom for Christmas). We've both been so looking forward to this and we desperately need it (busting our butts at our farm!). Well I've got a pounding, earth-shattering headache and the appointment is in an hour! I'm praying for the 3 Advil to kick in so I can actually enjoy the treatment. PLUS I just stepped on my husbands belt buckle ...you know, the metal pointy thing. I screamed like a banshee it hurt so much! Now I've got a little hole in the bottom of my foot (yes, I'm up to date on my Tetanus shot), it's wicked sore (no foot massage for me I guess) and my headache is just EPIC !

I just wanted to enjoy this nice little de-stressor. Calgon...take me away!

The 3 advil seem to finally be taking hold. You know, I read about some of the other problems my fellow DIS'ers are having and suddenly a headache and a hole in the foot don't seem so bad (like not even on the radar...) Man I gotta quit whining!
