I had a coupon from Bath and Body Works and bought some of their True Blue Spa products. I got the After Sun Tan Extender and the Cracked Heel Treatment. I also bought a brush where the one side is a cleaning "bristle" brush and the other side is a pumice stone. My question is, how and when is the best way to use the pumice side? I have never used one before and I am not sure to use it when my heels are moist with the lotion, dry, or simply wet with water.

Thanks,
Karen

Your feet should be wet. I use it after I get out of the shower or bath and have dried off a little. I find I get more dead skin off that way, but a lot of people use it in the shower.

I find it works best when I use soap and water and moisturize when you are dry. Just be careful, if you take off too much skin you can make yourself raw and that hurts like heck! I keep it in the shower and use it right before I am done. The lady who does my pedicures always comments on how soft my feet are. :thumbsup2

I use mine after I get out of the shower, maybe 10-15 minutes later.

My DH calls it my foot sander.
