Are studio rooms big enough to accommodate 4 adults? I wasn't sure if it would be comfortable with all our luggage and everything.

I've stayed in a BWV studio with 4 adults (all in our late 20s), and I think it's fine. It was only for 4 nights, and we spent most of the time out in the parks. We're close friends and have lived together before, so it wasn't a problem. We'll be doing it again in October.
If the trip was longer with more time spent in the room, I would go for a larger room.
With BWV and most of the other studios, two adults would be sharing a double sleeper sofa, none of which are as comfortable as a real bed.

it's just marketing talk. a studio is a studio.
if there are point differences, they are listed on the point charts...usually due to different views. in the case of the value studios at AKV, it's because the value studios are smaller in size.
