I talked my husband into joining me for my seminar in Vegas for three nights. It's kind of a big deal because we haven't had a trip alone in three years. Even though much of our time will be taken up by the seminar, we'll have three evenings to have fun and hang out together. BUT we don't want to spend a lot of money. We'd rather save our money for family trips. So what can we do on a reasonable budget--doesn't have to be just free stuff.
We've been to Vegas enough in the past that we don't want to tour the casinos and see the free shows. Been there and done that. Although we probably will check out the newer hotel/casinos.
What's a good buffet these days? DH really likes a good buffet. We're not seafood eaters. Other good restaurants?
How about a reasonable...ish show?
If we do gamble a little, where would you choose? We're staying at Monte Carlo where the seminar is. I used to like to go to Bellagio because they had the best "free" drinks. I also liked Excalibur because they had more lower limit slot choices...but it's been a long time. How about any $2 blackjack? Still possible there? Not looking to go downtown.
Thanks for ideas!
