the saga continues, i have now ammended my booking to two studios i was told you can't have adjoining studios but how far apart are they also they have booked it as 1 adult two kids and one adult one child (haven't told dh). they did say due to splitting up family they would ensure as close as possible. has anyone got any ideas my panic is that due to late check in we wmight get them either different floors or opposite ends also no boardwalk view only pool or garden. HELP :sad2:

I don't see why you can't have the rooms next to each other. I understand that connecting rooms may not be possible, but IMHO I would push them on the rooms being next to each other.

I take it your DD didn't like the 2 bedroom at OKW idea then LOL

I've only tried booking multiple rooms once before and reserved three studios at VWL for our three families, requesting that they were all near to each other.

We were transferring from OKW so were able to check in by mid-morning at VWL. We were given two studios on the same corridor but about 5 or 6 rooms apart, and the other studio on a different floor, differnet wing and about as far from the other two as possible!

If you could get an assurance that your rooms will be together, that would be great, but I've a feeling you'll probably be told that requests can only be noted and not guaranteed.

I'm not sure that this means you'll HAVE to actually stay as that arrangement, although that may depend on the location of your rooms!

Hi guys,
NOt trying to suggest you do anything illegal really, but
I wondering if instead of 2 studios (and altho it gives you two bathrooms)
I 'm wondering if you couldn't get a 1 bedroom.
Couldn't the kids (if young enough) sleep in the one bedroom part with their parents and the one adult/one kid sleep on the sofa pull out in the living room? ANd wouldn't it be the same points as 2 studios...but with the jacuzzi tub and full kitchen and space?

I realize that Disney says only 4 to a 1 bedroom, but when kids are involved (and sleeping bags on the floor are often more to their liking...i remember kids setting a tent up under the dining room table once even tho a bed was available)...I just think that having everyone together in a 1 bedroom as a lot more feasible than risking being spread out over an entire resort.

Hope this doesn't offend anyone!

Hi Belle
I'm sure the advice is appreciated, but the group is mom and dad, two teens and older teens friend.

Apart from the fact it's exceeding Disney's rules on occupancy , I don't think, with the group make up, it's an option that is workable.
