Hi there!

I was wondering if the Studio tram Tour is still running at Disney
Studios. I think I might have missed that attraction.Or, has that
attraction been shut down? I hope it's still running, as I miised it
last time.

It looks like a good attraction to me.

Yes it is still running. Whilst TOT was being built the entrance to Tram tour was moved and was slightly hidden which is probably why you missed it last time

My DS loves this attraction - enjoy :thumbsup2

Ohh Ok!

Thanks! I'm delighted that this attraction's still running! I missed this one
last time. I'm really into movies. so a look at some props, costumes, special
effects, music ect. will be intereeting to look at and ride, as well.

i enjoyed my lst visit, so I'm looking forward to another visit in the beginning
of September! The new attractions are also something to look forward to.

It's hard to believe that this year we'll have both Star WArs and Indiana
Jones at the movies! Thiis year's going to be historic!

Hopefuolly, I'll find the enterance to this attraction

Yes we have just returned from DLRP and the studio tram tour was still running. Infact we were so lucky as we got to ride on it 2 times.....it was soo quiet!!!! But I am not complaining!

Great!!

It sounds like a good, fun ride.

Now... all I have to do is find a counting thing for my trip. I've counted
about.... a bit over 200 days left until my journey starts from Malmö
here in Sweden. But, first a train ride from my hometown, which will take
about 8 hours. Oddly enough, I'll have to wait until the end of May to
oder my train tickets, since the prices are lower then. Now, the prices
would be DOUBLE the amount if I ordered them. Don't ask why, because I
have no idea about that.

The main thing is that everything else, hotel, bus and "free" tickets ( as I
got a reaklly nice discount for booking the trip early) have been booked,
including the overnight in Malmö.

I still remember the trip from 1989, when I went to WDW/MGM Studios in
Florida. I'd love to go there again. But, it's too expensive to go there from
here in Sweden. So travelling to DLRP is a cheaper option, especially given
the good price with the bus company. I find it a good deal for the following
reasons:

1. Everything is included in the basic price: Bus, Hotel and enterance ticket

2. Although it takes a bit longer to travel to Paris with a bus (25 hours from
Malmö), one arrives ín the morning, and if one is lucky, we can check in
in the morning. (That's if you are LUCKY). If not, you can still go directly to
the park. The tickets are given to you on the bus, before you arrive. The
hotel will provide a luggage room.

3. You have the option to also visit Paris. The bus provides transportation
to Paris and back.

4. No hassel with public transportation to the hotel, aside from
daily bus transportation between the hotel and park. The bus from Malmö
goes directly to the hotel.

5. You leave late at night, around 9 or 10 in the evening on the last day.

This, I find, is a great way to plan a trip from Sweden. And I have figured
that the difference between a bus tip and a flight, which doesn't include a
2 day pass if one stays at the Hotel Kyriad, to be about the same price, if
not less.

Seems a very well-planned trip. :thumbsup2

Friends of mine who went on a coach trip from the UK found it left straight after breakfast ~ they would much rather have left in the evening.

:goodvibes

I would prefer to leave in the late evening too. We're only at
the parks for 2 days, with the option of a third. But, I think two days
is enough for me. I actually took one day off not doing anything, on ¨
my birthday, of all days! On the other hand, I did celebrate with the
bus company at Annette's that evening, which was a lot of fun. I'm
eager to get back to Annette's for some nice sandwhiches, cut in
small bits, like the 1950's!

I needed a break after two full days! I then had more energy for the
second day at the park!

Loved the dancing by the waiters during the evening. The bus drivers were
challenged to eat the large burgers (four burgers in a bun)! They got the free
milk shakes!

Next time we're only travelling for 5 days, so it'll be 2 days at the park and
one day in Paris. Perhaps one evening will be for a dinner show with Buffalo
Bill's Wild West Show, too. Hopefully that will run during our stay between
Monday and Wednesday.

We'll see what my mood is when I get there. Looking forward to TOT! And
the Studio Tram Tour, which I missed!

Thanks, Elaine, for the comment. If we had left in the morning,. we'd have
missed a good day of fun, rain or shine! We are home in Malmö the next
evening for an overnight, back at the hotel, in my case. I then have my
day on the train home to my hometown.

Looking forward to the trip! :dance3: :wizard: It'll be magical!!
