Studio OKW 10/10 4 nights $300 Confirmed Reservation

We are going to be there in a 1 bed and got the studio for friends. They will not be able to go. Glad we didn't reserve a 2 bedroom

Our points are borrowed and I cannot transfer these points, that would be easier than renting but I am left with no other choice.

This is the start of the F&W festival so thought I would try here.
32 points for $300 makes is about 9.375 per point $75 per night.
