Which is more convenient/more availability/etc? to do laundry at VWL or BWV?

I wouldn't know, my DW does the laundry!
She prefers a 1, 2 or 3 BR Villa, so she can stay up and do the laundry, ironing and making of our meals in the room, without having to leave. You know, that room door can slam real loud and either wake me up or block the TV's sound!
Just kidding, DW would kill me if I really acted that way!
