Studio Boardwalk Room - Pool/Garden View

Hi! We are staying at the Boardwalk in October for 1 night in a studio room. I have only ever stayed in the 3 bedroom at boardwalk which are all boardwalk view and love the view! Unfortunately, there were no "Boardwalk view" studios available for our date. I have read in some other threads you can request the village green area for pool/garden view which would be somewhat similar to boardwalk view...

How do you do this? Is there a way to do this online? Or do you just call the front desk? Ive never put in a request or room preference before so Im not sure how to do it.

Any help would be appreciated!

Call or email MS to add that request. If you use online check - in, skip the request section entirely. Anything you check or write there will erase the MS request. Online choices really don't apply to DVC anyway

After you sign on to members ' website, click "help & contact" & then select "contact us" . That page has an email "envelope " to click on.

we LOVED the village green area. it is almost all studios, so you have a good chance of getting one,. try to stay clear of 2nd floor, as those balconies are directly above shops and have obstructed views. you can see people coming and going from the lobby area, and some hAVE decent lake views. another plus. very near the elusive elevators! JUST PUT DOWN VILLAGE GREEN 3RD FLOOR OR HIGHER.
