Studio avail at aulani?

I was wondering how availability has been at aulani. If i wanted to book a non-holiday week any view studio for this winter is it still possible?

Yes, studios are available. Just call membership. Weekdays are pretty empty as far as guests.

I stayed one night on 9/17, and currently staying two nights 10/14-10/16.

I've been checking in case we decide to island-hop for a weekend. Most weekends in November were available (though I didn't check Thanksgiving), studios all views. In December I think we're going for my commencement the weekend of 12/17 and all they had left were pool and ocean views ... since we have ocean views from our home the pool sounds great to us though I wish they still had standard for the points savings .... my fault for not pulling the trigger sooner on the reservation.

I'm confused about pool and ocean views, since the ocean view is also a pool view. Is the pool view just a lower floor on the ocean side that can't see the ocean?

that about sums it up, I cannot remember what floor it changes.. I want to say floor 6 or 7 and higher are ocean, below surrounding the pool are pv.

We lucked out and got Island view since I wager we won't be in the room a lot.
