I am stuck in the house. Doing my wash. Might as well plan my ADRs for May trip

I was planning in letting my DS help but he loves to shubble. Yes he has a speach impediment. LOL

Oh I can go into the chat room at 2pm. Gotta love that disney.

I'm with ya! Snow up to our eyeballs , cooking a turkey ( good day for comfort food! ) and living vicariously (sp?) thru all of you planning your Disney trips! We do not have one planned as of yet, but we are sure we will have one planned soon

Hey Fran: My DS and his DGF are doing the exact same thing as you..planning their ADR's for their March trip as NO ONE can go anywhere in this BLIZZARD. DH & I JUST returned Friday night into Logan after a fabulous 7 day land & sea and man o man do we miss that Bahama's weather..nothing like getting slapped with that 20 degree temp when we landed....

This blizzard thing sucks! MY DFIL used the snow thrower a few hours ago and now it looks like nothing was done out there. Were up to about 13 inches and still have a few hours to go before the end comes.

Nothing better to do than to visit Disney on line. It keeps me warm inside.

I'm with ya with this Blizzard! We have over 20 inches right now and DH has a cold Keep looking outside and really don't want to dig out the car .I rather stay in to do the wash and pack for DW .

What do they do with all that snow in the big cities? Do they come in with dump trucks to take it all away? It must be a mess for days on end. I know once I saw this snow melting truck, but those have to be pricey. Here they just throw it higher into our yards, but in our small town it takes forever to get the streets completely cleared to normal lanes where there are store fronts rather than yards. I can't imagine! ICKY!!

12" in Carver as of right now. And not expected to end here until around 7pm.

I'm working the fire dispatch center today and have just had my shift extended until 8pm and I worked station coverage last night from 10pm to 8am. Oh well, more time to DIS.

Man, I feel for ya guys up there. I grew up in Pittsburgh and have had my fair share of snow ins. Well, keep busy, get those chores done, plan your next Disney trip, or watch the Winter Games just so you can see more snow

We are up to about 9" not too bad here. Thought it would be worse. Just doing some disney surfing. First time staying on site. Last year stayed off site and didn't get to do it all, so getting some great tips from these boards and this site.

The snow has ended here, but now we have 21" of the white stuff to clean up. In a way I'm glad the snow came when it did, I finished all my cleaning, laundry and packing. Nothing to do now but wait for Tuesday morning!

I can't even tell how much snow we have. The stuff is so blown around, we have like two feet at the bottom of the driveway, yet the stairs are clear.

I am here too just watching the snow fall and looking at pictures on the DISboard so I can imagine I am in DIsney having fun too
I should also be doing laundry or something but I would rather annoy my hubby. He thinks I'm Disney obsessed, I think I'm just in love

Thank goodness for this board! I have been stuck in the house since yesterday afternoon. Well I got out to shovel! I now realize what I miss about living in Florida--no need for a snow shovel. I am planning for our spring trip as well as the Christmas trip!

I have been out there three times so far and it's still snowing like crazy. I too have been on the planning our trip to Tampa in two weeks. Can't wait for that Florida , I did hear it's 49 now in Tampa. But that's better then 17 with that snow coming down.

Count me in for being stuck in the snow....just shoveled out my car however I shouldn't of even bothered as it looks like I didn't even do anything I'm not exaclty sure how much snow we have but I'm gonna give a guestimate of about 2 ft...I told my DBF we are moving to Florida soon...I hate snow...I like the so much better!
