3-days to restucco entire home (we are about 1700sf) crew of 6 guys doing the work.
Includes--jackhammering of the ugly lava gloopy rock coquina shell accents off of the garage (really--it is ugly)
pressure washing to remove old paint and I guess stucco
patching of cracks due ot settling
prep layer (forget what they call it--but the bonding layer I guess)
textured stucco
And borders (like framing) around all of our windows so they look like pretty windows instead of boxes.
$4700
Additional $800 for tinted stucco--so that no painting is necessary and it will stay looking nice for several years.
Good/Bad??
This is our first estimate
Over the phone the initial ball park estimate was $4200 and we added the rock removal and the window borders.
(we have Concrete block construction if that matters)
