special needs department to help or even listen to requests which are vital to us travelling. we need a full carry on for our son who is paralised and also because he has no movement we need at least one of us sitting next to us during the flight. their answer how do we know it is ligit. can't believe people can be so rude or unfeeling. another worry is that the flight starts of plus might be that we are flying Premair so wonder if that will help with the seating.
think it is who you speak to at the time. last year we spoke to a Cassie and was lovely the guy yesterday wouldn't put us through to Cassie and our TA who is a lovely girl was starting to get upset and angry. He said leave it until you get to the check-in desk. No way because as you know we need to book a full carry on . she contacted her rep and he was like maybe it was the way you explained it !!! he is trying to get another contact and I have suggested I will write if she doesn't get anywhere.
