Strollers, how to secure them from thieves?

We just returned from WDW and hit all of the parks with our maclaren quest. No problems. We put a flower lei on the handle so we could spot it quickly (not the lei from the Poly, but one DD got from a birthday party - multi-colored). We left our backpack (filled with Pull Ups, extra clothes, etc.) and water in the basket and nothing was taken. Besides, we were on and off the rides within 10 minutes. The CMs did move our stroller each time, but we had no trouble finding it.

We rented a stroller there and it was stolen. We went to get a replacement, which we had been promised would be available, and there were none available. So we carried two little ones around. For miles. We had even marked the stroller so no one would mistake it for theirs.
