I was joking about the roaring part. We have flown a number of times this year post 9/11 and I am very aware of the security procedures and issues. I was not advocating looser security. I was pointing out that taking our stroller to the gate and gate checking is best for our 13 mos DD to avoid added stress and a possible melt down on the flight. A screaming child in a confined space annoys many people.
