Can any one comment on the differences in these models from 2005 vs. 2006

Inglesina Espresso

Peg Perego Aria

I believe I already read that the Mac Quest changed the location of the peek-a-boo window.

I have found great deals on '05 models, but I don't want to sacrafice significant improvements

I am a bit leery of the Aria because I just read a horrible review. But I have also heard, word of mouth, good things.

I am committing to a stroller today and ordering it, if it is the last thing I do! I didn't take this much time choosing the pediatrician!

I got a 2005 aria right before our trip in December. I hate it. It tracks wrong, the cup holder keeps falling out and it costs way too much. My combi was heavier but held up better. The Aria IS lighter but not much better imo. Oh, you can put a carseat in it but it does not lock in all the way.

Just wondering if anyone knows about the Inglesina Espresso '05 vs. '06 models? :scratchin

I would like to know the same about the Zippy model. The '06 is $50 more and according to a website I looked on the '06 weighs 3lbs less??

I researched what it seemed to be forever on what stroller to buy. My DH thought I was losing my mind completely. He said I was making WAY TOO MUCH out of it. I finally bought a 06 Maclaren Triump from Traveling tikes.com. It was on sale for $137. with no shipping charges. I haven't recieved it yet, it's due to be delivered on May 24th. I sure hope my DD likes it after all, if she doen't it will probrably really hurt my feelings after all that work.

So I went with the '05 model. I hope I don't regret it! Nobody knew. I post when I receive it. Thanks for the comments.

:sunny: I don't have one myself but almost bought a 2006 Espresso (bought a 2005 Mac Quest instead). I heard though that the 2006 Espresso has a larger and much nicer hood than the 2005. HTH :wave2: Rebecca

I love it! And, more importantly, the little prince loves it.

I agree that the full-upright position is a bit awkward, but since he is already 13 months he pulls himself right up.

I got the red color...LOVE IT!

BTW, right after I placed my order with BabyAge the site listed this stroller as discontinued. I think I got the last one. Lucky, I guess.
