stroller tag dimentions

I have been searching, but can't seem to find the stroller tag dimentions....does anyone know them?

I make them 8 x 10, or 5x8. you can print them out pretty much whatever size you want them to be.

Are the wheelchairs tag holders the same size as the strollers? My grandma is going with us in May and I want to have one made for the wheelchair we are making her sit in.
