Stroller rentals

WE're planning on renting a stroller at the parks. We heard that they were uncomfortable so we're goign to bring a blanket for my son to sit on. Does anyone know if the seat reclines?

Hi there
The strollers in Epcot and MK are hard plastic strollers. The kids have to sit with there legs straight out in front of them. If your child is small enough the he/she could lay down in it. The MGM and AK ones are the jogging strollers that fit the kids like a sling almost. Best way I can describe it. Defiitely bring a towel for the hard ones. Try posting on the Universal section and I bet someone will know. I don't think that they recline, either, but I haven't ever rented so don't know for sure.

Also, if you plan on using a stroller every day, it saves time/money to rent multi-day up front. We rented a stroller for 3 days...you get a receipt for each day then you just have to show your receipt and pick up a stroller each morning. You don't have to wait in line to pay each day.

AK also has the hard plastic strollers, MGM is the only park with the different type of strollers.

My kids have never complained about the hard plastic strollers. They have even fallen asleep in them. They are in and out of the strollers so much I would think the blanket would be a pain in the butt.
