I thought I heard that they is a weekly rate available for strollers. Does anyone know if this is the case and the rate for a double/
Thanks!

There is a weekly/extended day stroller rental. You do not get a discount, but you do have the convience of not standing in the VERY long stroller rental line in the morning. You just take the ticket right to the pick up window and off yougo. The double stroller rents for 15.00 per day. You do get you one disney dollar deposit back every day.

I just did this in May, and I do think there was a little bit of a discount - not much though. I bought a four day pass, and it was around $55 for a double stroller.

I remember thinking afterwards because we are going back in October that I should have bought the 10 day pass and had that cost out of the way and saved a little more.

But again, we're talking not much savings - but it is way more convenient than standing in those long lines.

Do you have to use the stroller everyday or can you skip a day in between? Thanks

I Didnt know you could rent them by the week!!! I rented one last time I went with my parents in October and it worked well. When we went with hubby in January, we didnt have one, and we ended up buying one at Once Upon A Toy at DD. It was a great stroller and I still use it all the time. Sometimes its just easier to rent them. And the Disney strollers are SOOO easy to push and maneuver! ( is that spelled right???? ) haha

You can use them when you want. You just go to the stroller rental desk of whichever park you are going to use one first and tell them the number of days you want. They will give you a card with that specific number of tickets on it. Then you go ever where they are giving out the strollers and give them part of one of your tickets and you keep the stub. They will put that particular day's date on the stub so if you wanted a stroller at another park on the same day, you'd wouldn't have to waste another day's tickets - you would just show them your stub. At the end of the day (or at the end of the trip) you turn in the stubs and get a Disney Dollar (actually, several times I was asked if I just prefered a regular dollar) for each of the stubs you turn in. I just waited til the end of my trip to turn them in since it made it easier - but remember you may end up with Disney Dollars at the end of your trip which you may not be able to spend - depending on what your plans are. So you may want to turn in the stub each day so you'll have time to use the Disney Dollars.

After the first day, you just use them whenever you want - doesn't have to be consecutive days. You will just go straight to the people handing out the strollers and bypass the lines actually renting the strollers. That's why I wished I had gone ahead and bought extra days during my trip in May and just finished up the tickets when we go back in October.
