Note: I made this for my sister-in-law, trying to convince her to use these strollers instead of Disney's. Both companies are cheaper and the strollers are obviously more comfortable. However, I have no personal experience with these strollers or rental companies. If you have had any experience with these strollers or rental companies, please comment below.

Please write your own reviews here. I got all my info from each companies website, so if it is incorrect, please insert a link to the correct info.

I have no personal experience with either (we're out of stroller age kids), but I have personal excellent experience with Owner's Locker, which is the same as Magic Strollers. They opened Magic Strollers after a few years of their Owner's Locker Service. Best customer service ever!

Both companies get excellent reviews here on the DIS - I have never seen anything bad said about either.

I can't say enough good things about Magic Strollers! I have used them twice, and will be using them again at the end of August. They bring the stroller right to your hotel/resort, even if you are not staying on property. We always stay in the Windsor Hills vacation homes, and the stroller is dropped off right to the clubhouse. They even text you right when they leave it there! It comes in protective bag with your name on it. And not only is the service excellent, but the strollers are awesome! They are so easy to fold up and get on the trams, and they recline so my daughter can take a nap if she wants to. There is just NO comparison between these strollers, and the hard, plastic (expensive) strollers that Disney offers. PLUS, it is yours the entire time, not just in the parks! You can take it to Downtown Disney, Universal, Sea World, etc... I  Magic Strollers!!!

Orlando Strollers is top notch. We loved everything about our experience. THe strollers were fantastic. My kids are older/bigger and they fit great. They were 3 and 5 and my 5 year old is very tall.... We are not used to the FL heat and I knew they'd need a stroller because the heat would wear them down.

The customer service was perfect, every time I sent an email with a question before the trip, they answered promptly. THe stroller was so easy to use, clearly labeled with our name, and the whole process was flawless. The stroller was there before we arrived and dropping it off at the end of our trip was just as easy.

Plus, it was cheaper than a Disney stroller. There were no down sides, in my opinion. My aunt, however, goes to WDW in April and she said she'd rather have the Disney stroller only because the buses are so crowded on spring break. She says she would never, ever try to get a stroller onto the bus that week. In September, we definitely had a different experience!

We used Magic Strollers in June. It was great. The stroller (we got double) was waiting for us at the hotel when we arrived. It came with a cup holder that held 2 cups/cans and then a middle compartment that we fit another cup into. They also provided a rain cover for us.

We are using them again for our trip in September.

The stroller itself was so nice to push. The only thing I didn't like about it was the basket underneath was very hard to store stuff in. You had to put things in and out through the sides instead of through the back. It didn't really hold that much stuff.

Wanted to add that YES Magic strollers charges your card exactly when they say they will.

Shouldn't you be bumping this in the "Disney for Families" section? :confused3 You'd find a much larger customer base there anyway. At least in that section, you wouldn't have revive it so often. Here, it didn't initially last 24 hours before dying out.

I agree... maybe the mods can put this in the families section. They are the experts and I go to them for advice often!!!

probably, don't normally go over to that section though, but thanks!

This is great! Definately needs to go to the families section as a sticky. I think this explains it all and this stroller question is probably asked 3-4 times per week.

I agree that this is a better fit for the Families board, so I've moved it. :)

We ended up using orlandostrollerstogo.com they offer phil and ted strollers which we have always wanted to try. our children (6and 8) loved the stroller, we had a tandem, and it was a very pleasant addition to our trip. check them out, nothing but praises.:thumbsup2

So it looks like all the strollers that are for rent don't have any kind of tray for the child. Did you find you missed having one for them?

We rented through Magic Stroller Rental for our May trip and again for our December trip.... They were cheaper than Orlando and the stroller was in great condition. The whole process couldn't have been easier.

I have rented from Magic Strollers twice and wouldn't hesitate to do it again!
The City MIni Double is a dream and the fold on it is so easy. After folding it my husband declared renting it was the best idea he ever had. :rotfl2:
