The last I heard it was $8 to rent a single stroller and you got $1 back when you returned it. Has there been a price increase since then?
I'm trying to estimate the rental cost bc. I'm thinking of buying a lightweight stroller just for the trip, saving the rental fees and then selling it in a yard sale when we get home.

Be careful if you have to ride any of the buses to the parks during the summer - it can be a HUGE hassle to wrangle your stroller on and off the buses. The crowd really wants to get off that bus as soon as it stops! And depending on the time of day, it can be dicey, trying to time getting off at the last minute and the crowd boarding for a return trip.

After trying it one time, I chalk up the rental prices to just one of those costs of going to WDW! (And I don't always wait in line to get my $1 refund)

Thanks, I DO remember that was a hasstle when we used to stay at onsite resorts and use the buses. Last trip we stayed at an offsite rental home and loved it so much that we're doing that again this time. So it's just a matter of throwing the stroller into the back of our Suburban.

The stroller prices are still the same. We actually rent ours from A Baby's Best Friend now. The last two trips we have driven down and have not had room in the van for a double stroller.

If you are interested you can check out their prices at www.abbf.com . They have the most fantastic customer service and have really nice equipment.
