Just wondering if anyone could comment on their experiences with either company, and if they prefer one over the other? We will be renting a double stroller - I believe both companies use the same brand - city mini stroller, so don't imagine there is much difference between the actual strollers. I'm more looking for your comments on the company, and your overall experience :)
Thanks a bunch!

I've never used either one. But I have read that Orlando Strollers is fabulous. They are the "older" company out there (I think)...and do offer rental insurance though. I'm not sure if Magic Stroller offers that.

Hope you get some good advice!

We have used both companies and were very satisfied with both. We rented a double-stroller in each case and it was the same model, one orange and the other red. I believe the Magic Stroller product was a bit newer, but that may have been luck of the draw and both strollers were in good shape. Both companies delivered to our resort on time and as advertised. We were running late on our check-out day and I contacted Magic Stroller to inquire about simply paying for an extra day since we would be late. They were completely booked for the following day so they simply asked that I get the stroller back as soon as I could and they wouldn't charge for the extra day. As it turned out, we were only about 30 minutes late and they did not charge us.

Anyway -- I would recommend both companies and feel that they offer a great convenience vs. renting strollers from Disney.

I have only Used OSR but have been completely satisfied every time- they really go way above and beyond IMHO. I would never hesitate to recommend them.

We used magic for the simple reason they were cheaper our last trip and they ended up being cheaper this trip as well (we rent 2 singles instead of a double due to size in a crowded park and being able to split kids up a little).

Same exact stroller, you can get the same insurance. MS gives you free rain guard if you ask (OS may too, I don't know).

The only difference I have seen is that OS is a little more flexible on return time (you can choose a time) where MS sets a time to return (I think 3?) or you need to rent for another day.

Absolutely thrilled with MS. Clean, texted us when dropped off at hotel (we weren't even in the state yet!), and just a very simple process.

I think both are great companies, so we went with the cheaper value for us.

We used Magic Strollers for our last trip. I looked at both companies, and the prices were comparable, but Magic Stroller included a cup holder and Orlando Strollers did not.... that tipped the scales for us!

Magic stroller was amazing to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Just awesome service.

We just got back from our trip (1/22) and used Magic Strollers. Rented a double for our 4.5 yo and 2.5 yo. Great Stroller and very easy pick-up and delivery. Def. use them again when we return.

I rented a double for my Nov. trip from Magic Strollers. They were great, texted to say it was delivered, had a cup holder and if you make a note for a rain cover they will include one free of charge if one is available.

I had also reserved one for the trip we were supposed to go on last weekend. Unfortunately the weather forced us to cancel our complete trip. I called them the morning we were supposed to arrive to let them know we would not be coming due to the weather. I did not expect a refund because of the late notice, but they did refund me. And I have reserved with them again for our May trip.

I would definitely recommend them to you.

We used OSR last year and will definitely do the same this year! Shannon is so helpful and runs a terrific company! They also have just starting renting the 2011 BOB Revolution SE Duallie Stroller! :) Pretty excited to try one out next week!

I just checked out this place because of another post on this board and found themeparkstrollers.com to be very reasonable in price.
