After talking with the Magic Stroller people at length about what all comes with the stroller, the parent organizer comes with it but you have to request the rain cover.
When we checked in, we were told that our stroller was waiting for us at Bell services. I was impressed with the stroller when Bell Services delivered it to the room, it was in a nice black canvas bag.
