Stroller rental areas?

Can I rent a stroller anywhere other than at Main Street? I don't like to stop first thing in the morning to get the stroller, but don't necessarily want to go back to Main Street to get one. Aren't there other rental areas throughout the park? I just checked the DL website and they only mentioned Main Street.

The stroller rental opens 30 minutes before DL opens.

Today [Jan. 11, 2010], visitors can start renting strollers and wheelchairs at a new location at the Disneyland Resort.

The Disneyland Resort Stroller Shop is set to open in the plaza between Disneyland and Disney’s California Adventure. The shop sits right of Disneyland’s main entrance and windows will face the plaza. That way, visitors can rent their wheeled devices before they enter the amusement parks, said Betsy Sanchez, a Disneyland Resort spokeswoman.

The shop opens daily about a half hour before the park opens and remains open about an hour after closing.

In the past (2005 and 2006) we have rented strollers from Star Traders. I'm not sure if they do it anymore, but at that time they had a limited number of strollers available for rent there. Unfortunately we were not allowed to use our Disney Visa to rent them for free there....in order to get the free rental using the credit card we had to go to the stroller rental station at the front of the park. (As I understand it now, you don't get a free rental with the Disney Visa...just discounted.)

Anyway, like the OP mentioned....we didn't want to get a stroller right away. Our kids always had enough energy first thing in the morning. Not sure if there is a way to confirm that Star Traders is still doing this. Happy planning and have a great trip!
