Stroller reccomendation needed for a 40lbs 4yr old

I need a reccomendation for a stroller that is light weight and would be support the weight of a 40lbs 4 year old.

You can find them used for under $50. That's what I got for my ds to use. I expect him to walk most of the time. But he will need to ride too. It was very easy to push too.
