Stroller Questions

Are there any discounts (besides the LOS) for strollers? Like with an AP or anything?

Also, I guess there is no way to bypass that Pay line on the first day, is there? I'd like to try to make the dash up to Tinkerbell's Treasures. . .maybe DH can do that while I pay for the stroller. . .

Can you "buy" the strollers anywhere else besides the front gates? I know there are exchange points--Frontier Land and Tomorrow Land, I think--but can you purchase strollers there???

I could not find any other discounts for the strollers.

There is no way to bypass the pay line on the first day of your stroller rental. As far as I know, the only place you can rent the stroller is at the park entrance.

When we were there in March, the gates often opened early and we rented the stroller and hung out on Main Street. Perhaps you could rent the stroller and then get to the ropes in hope of getting to Tink's Treasures first.

When we were there in April, we arrived for an 8:05 CRT and a CM came through the lines at the gate preselling strollers. Then we just breezed through and grabbed one on the way to the castle. We really didn't even slow down. The CM yelled "single or double" and pulled them out at we just kept walking. We moved up a little, slammed the kids in and took off. It probably didn't take 10 seconds. Although I have to say, unless you are standing under the castle looking a Tinkerbell's Treasure when they drop the Fantasyland rope, you may not make it. But give it a try. You never know. Even if you don't get to wake her up, it is fun to watch her fly. Stand over by the bureau and you will get to see her first, before the kid that woke her up. Either way, you win.

I know the Tinkerbells' Treasure is a long shot, but it never hurts to try. I can always send DH Back for the stroller when he's off picking up fast passes for Buzz Lightyear which my DD4 can't stop talking about!!
