This has probably been asked several times. SO what stroller do I get for a 4 year old. She loves her stroller that she has but it so big. I was thinking of buying a little fold up umbrella stroller. Is this to hard when they sleep though?

If you could spend the $, get the Maclaren Triumph. We bought one for Disney for our DD4. It was the best decision and money we spent. We found a 2006 model for $120 which is a lot cheaper than the 2007's out right now. It is lightweight, folds like an umbrella, reclines enough for a sleeping toddler, holds up to 55lbs, and pushes very easy. A cheap umbrella would not work for us as our DD4 is big for her age. Hope this helps! Good luck!

DD was 4 last year when I bought the Maclaren Volo. It's perfect for WDW because it folds up to the size of an umbrella stroller, has a carrying strap so you can carry it over your arm if you need to, includes a small basket underneath, is made of mesh so it dries quickly, and holds bigger kids up to 55 pounds. It's the best stroller I've ever had. I wish I'd found them before.

You can pick one up for a little over $100. I got mine on ebay and paid slightly less than that (mine was new when I got it).

I, too, just bought the Maclaren Triumph for our trip next week. My dd is going to be 4 next week. She's 41 inches and 35 lbs. The 41 inches was the problem with the old stroller I had. Her knees were up in her chin. She's much more comfy in this one. I like that it reclines, too, as she still naps a bit.

I have a Maclaren Volo that I used for our DD when she was 6 and 7 just for Disney. We got a previous year model for $68 a couple of years ago. I love that stroller for Disney. It doesnt recline, but with a 4 year old I dont know if you would need it. I just bought a Maclaren Quest for our newest addition (due in Oct) from www.albeebaby.com for $120. It reclines, has a sunshade and rain shield. I love the Maclarens and highly recommend them. They also hold up to 55 pounds which is great because the cheapo umbrella strollers just dont push well with that kind of weight. They have very high handles and push like a dream.

ITA on the Maclaren's... we just got back and our 3yo 40 pound daughter used hers all week. It was super easy to fold up on the bus, and she slept in it A LOT!
