I am thinking of getting a smaller stroller for our cruise and trip to WDW. We took our giant 35lb Bebecar stroller our last trip and it was okay, but this time on the cruise ship it will just be to big. I have heard great things about the new Silver Cross Micro and Mini strollers at 9 and 13 lbs. I have not been able to see them here in Canada yet but am able to order it online. Does anyone have any experience with these? I would apprecite any suggestions as we are new to travelling with a child ...this time a two year old.

Thanks for the great site. I ordered the Silver Cross today. The bigger wheels sold me over the Mac I test drove.

I have heard that Silver Cross has excellent customer service. I've been thinking of trying out a mini or micro. Please let us know how you like it!

Hi - I've been researching these too, let us know if you like it or not. Did you order any of the accessories? I was thinking of getting the raincover.

thanks!
Joann

I have 2 Silver Cross Micros that I bought last year for our Nov. trip to Disney (my twins were almost 3 at the time). I LOVE these strollers. They're very easy to push (even with 35 lbs in it!) & very comfy. The Micro doesn't recline, which is fine because my boys don't sleep in their stroller anyway. I haven't had any issues with the quality & the handles are long enough to be comfortable to push without breaking your back. We will be bringing them with us again this Dec. The basket underneath is a pretty good size. It is very lightweight & easy to fold. Another plus - I didn't see another Silver Cross at all during my trip, which means it was pretty easy to find our strollers!

I will let everyone know how the Mini is. I am hoping to get it next week. I loved the pink fabric (easy to find in a sea of strollers) of the Micro but really wanted to have the recline feature so went with the Mini. We are going on a cruise in May to Bermuda and then doing a disney cruise followed by a week at WDW at Christmas so by the sounds of your comments it really fits the bill. I really am looking forward to having some trunk space again!
