Was wondering what the favored stroller was for using in the parks? We'll be down in Oct with our 1yo DD and are trying to find a stroller with recline option and good sun shade that won't break the bank. Any assistance would be much appreciated!

I really liked the maclaren quest, but found the shade to small. so I bought the Zooper Twist. It is very similar to the quest but a larger canopy that moves forward. It came with a parent cupholder, rain cover, uv/bug cover, and a winter boot. better yet I never saw another like it while we were at disney so it was easy to spot in stroller parking.

I tried out the Perego P3 with my 4.5 yr old niece. It was tall enough that her legs can dangle and not interfere with pushing. It has a big sun canopy, handles that extend, waterbottle holder, rear footboard and has recline.

I just ordered one from www.albeebaby.com and it's being shipped to the resort.

It's a bit more than what I wanted to spend but I know it's a quality stroller. I have a double Peg that my mom used for her daycare for 10 yrs and I have had it another 3 and it was second hand when my mom purchased it.

I also looked at the Maclaren strollers but didn't like that they came with few features and my niece looked sqashed in it.

I love my Chicco C5, this will be its third WDW trip. And it is still in great shape. It is so easy to push and quick to fold.

Mac Volo all the way. It pushes like a dream, and my son loves to ride in it. The mesh seat - which was a real turn-ff to me when I was looking at them - has turned out to be wonderful. My son's a natural space heater, so it helps him stay cool and comfy, and if it gets dirty, I hose it off and it's dry in minutes.

That quick dry seat is also handy to have in the Florida rain. ;)

Maclaren is my only choice for the parks. I've tried Graco full size (too bulky), Peg perrego (not very well made - hated that stroller)...Maclaren is light, easy to fold, just an overall nice stroller.

Maclaren Quest worked out great for us last year. I just bought the Maclaren Organizer and I love that too. I wish I had the organizer when we went to WDW. It's easy to maneuver, light, reclined great for boats although we didn't have to fold it up for most boat rides, reclines, has a basket underneath and a shade. It also came with a rain cover. I only had to use the rain cover once luckily but it worked well.

mac quest is the best by far. However when we took ds when he was 1 we used the mac for the airport, quick run arond the resort, we rented a graco for the parks from a babys best friend, it worked out very well for us, lots of storage for us and full recline and good sun coverage. Gagin I love my quest and we use it all the time, BUT for a long day in the park the graco was better.

We have a Zooper Salsa. It looks similar to a lot of Maclarens but was cheaper when we bought it about 2 years ago. It's also bright orange, so it really stands out in the stroller lots.

baby jogger city series - i have an elite myself - saved up all my pennies for it and really wish it had been around with my first daughter instead of my third!:goodvibes

Macs and Pegs, but, Macs win for being lighter, having higher weight limits and easier to fold up, Tiger :)

I bought the Peg Parego 3 and love it. One hand close and open, very light, does not squish your child, full cover that my DGD could pull all the way down to block out everything when she wanted to nap - and it has a window so you can see her, nice high handles, incredible handling and steering, snack tray - so wonderful to keep child busy and hold snacks like grapes or cheerios - that moves out of the way to allow easy entry and a fully reclinable totally adjustable back. Plus a great bottom basket to hold your stuff. Best of all I bought it in lime green!!! I watch the macs around the park and don't understand why people like them... Not enough extras for me.... And the Gracos are so big and heavy that people struggle with them on the buses. I think the Peg Parego 3 is perfect!
