We have older children who are DD7 and DS5 who we have decided to take to Disney in late feb./early march, but we also have an infant who will be about 7-8 months old and I was just wondering if it's easier using the stroller or snugli while touring the parks.

TIA

Depending on the temperature, the Snugli can get pretty warm for you and baby. On the up side, you can go into an attraction with a sleeping infant in a Snugli, but you can't go into restaurants or attractions with a sleeping infant in a stroller--you have to carry them.

We brought both the stroller and our carrier last time...we use a mei tei http://www.babyhawk.com/ ...anyway....you could always use the stroller for one of the bigger kids (if they fit..lol) if they get very tired, if the baby is in the carrier and also for carrying the diaper bag or souvies...
IMO i would bring both....

We took my DD3.5 for the first time when she was 6 mths. We took both the stroller & the snugli. When we were standing in line, she was in the snugli. The rest of the time, she was in her comfy stroller. Don't recommend the hard plastic rental ones for a little baby as they aren't very comfortable.

I would take both. Although at this point I couldn't even imagine lugging my son around in a snugli since he is over 21 lbs!

Definately take both. We did this when our DD was 10 mos. old and we used both. She used to go to sleep easier in the snuggli, but loved to sit and look around at everything in the stroller when awake. You will benefit from both.

I'll second the mei tai/babyhawk recommendation. We took my ds to DL at about the same age and I carried him pretty much the entire time in the bh. It is sooooo much more comfy than the snuggli. We took the stroller for my then 2.5 year old. I think we may have put him in the stroller but not much.

My thoughts exactly :thumbsup2 We are planning on taking both on our trip in December. I love the snugli but if I wear for it too long, I get a terrible back and neck ache that lasts for days.

We'll be taking our Maclaren too.
