We bought this stroller.. The First Years Jet Stroller http://www.amazon.com/First-Years-Stroller-City-Chic/dp/B002WB2G9I/ref=sr_1_5?ie=UTF8&s=baby-products&qid=1279802936&sr=8-5

We shipped to my in laws house because they are driving to Disney. We are flying and didn't want to take our bulky stroller that has seen better days but also didn't want to spend too much on one either as my youngest will be 3 on 8/2.. So we will not need a stroller in the near future and honestly we only use a stroller at Disney or places like that. I do not even take it to the mall anymore. She would rather walk.

Anyways we wanted something light wight and easy to push plus have the convenience of the storage area.

My soon to be 8 year old weighs 48 pounds so she should be able to ride in it also if she needs a break.. She is on the small side..

So does anyone have any opinions on this one?

Thanks
Stacy

I bought the Ignite version from First Years which is supposed to be similar in many aspects to the Jet stroller. Here's my "first impressions" review post on the forum.

I've since taken it out several times, including zoo trips. Performs very admirably and have no complaints.

I've heard the Ignite is better for bigger kids because the sear back is taller.

I wanted to share some info I received about the difference between the Jet and Ignite strollers since it's so hard to find! I emailed customer service and they gave me this:

The measurements for the Jet are:
Seat width – 11”
Seat back height – 17”
Seat pan length – 9”

The measurements for the Ignite are:
Seat width – 14”
Seat back height – 18”
Seat pan length – 9”

The parent tray is different as well. The Jet has 4 places for cups w/a zippered pouch, and the Ignite has one cup holder w/large zippered pouch. (you can see pictures on Amazon)

I bought the Jet and I do like it. However I have a tall, long torso-ed almost 4y/o dd and her head is well above the seat back. The Ignite really isn't much better and for me the parent tray is not worth the trade. I like the 4 cup holders, but that wide seat would sure be nice! It's a very well made stroller and I do think it will meet our needs since it will just be for WDW. DD is comfortable in it, and it pushes very smoothly and easily. And I got the pink one and I don't think I could persuade dd to give it up now!
