Stroller help

Combi Twin? We took one and found it lovely for busses but preferred our city select double for the bigger sun shades, easier pushing, and my favorite feature of making my kids both face out so they cannot touch each other.
We had a Combi Twin sport. I agree with the not so impressive sun shades but loved the side by side, and easy to transport. I was looking at the new ones and it looks like they have improved the shades. The City ones are nice! I did love that Combi, we used it all the time.

We have taken a few different strollers to Disney-

A double combi umbrella (bought used especially for the trip- worked fine)! A CitySelect (worked fine)! And a double BOB (worked fine)! We never flew with these or used transportation, so I can't speak to how they would work to breakdown. And strollers are a pain in the butt at Disney, but they are a necessary evil...

Have you looked at a Phil & Teds tandem? They look pretty compact, but yet have the two seats. Maybe you could find a used one?

When we take our stroller, we know that the Cast Members are going to move the stroller around. If we are in Fantasyland at MK and need to park the stroller, I leave the stroller there the whole time that we are in the area. That way I am not constantly going to get it and moving it around. The stroller is awesome to have when you are walking in between the areas of the park, for the kids to sit and have a snacks or nap, have somewhere to sit during parades and especially when you are walking into and out of the park.

We are taking our 10, 8 and 5 year old at the end of the year, and I think this is the first time we aren't taking a stroller with us. If we need one we are just going to rent one there. But with your littles, I would totally take it with you!!

Have a great trip!

My husband and I are taking our two girls who will be 5 and 3 at the time of our trip in September. They both weigh around 30 pounds. I don't know what stroller we should take. We have two umbrella strollers without sun visers, a double bob, and a city select with two seats and a skateboard. The umbrellas would be easy, but we don't have the pull down to protect from rain and sun. Also, I wonder if it would be a pain to both need to be pushing a stroller. If either want to walk, neither of us have a hand free to help. The bob is huge, but pushes nice, they have room and a nice cover to come over each for sun and rain. The city select would be nice in the park, but a pain to get in and out of buses because you have to take the seats off. I would be willing to buy something used if it would be better than our options. Our strollers years are coming to a close except for Disney and the zoo. Would a sit and stand meet our needs? A double umbrella? Would the bob be too big to navigate through crowds? Our girls are small, but I also need to consider weight limits especially if I invest in something new for our park years to come. Thanks for any thoughts or suggestions!

There's no way I'd bring just an umbrella stroller for the 3 year...really I wouldn't for the 5 year old either, but that's more just because I really don't like umbrella strollers. At 3, mine were still sleeping in the stroller during our trip, so I'd want a good one for that. If it were me, I'd rent a double citi mini. We did this for a 7 week old and 6 year old and it worked great. For what it is, it's not horrible on the buses/transportation. Taking a stroller in general is not fun, but totally doable and happens all the time.

Thank you for all of the suggestions. I am leaning towards the double bob or finding a used city mini. We took our city select to the zoo yesterday and whichever girl was in the back was kicking the other!
