Does anyone know if you still get free stroller rental with having the Chase Disney Credit Card? I know that it was one of the perks when I signed up for the card, but it came out and said how to use this option.

That stinks, I thought it was for WDW. I am going to need a double stroller the whole time we are down there. 7 Days at $27 a day $189 just in stroller rental. What happened to the $11 days.

I think at that price you could buy a good one ahead of time!! We always bring our own stroller because it is more comfy for my son than the hard plastic ones at the park.

I don't want to lug one on the airplane and have to worry about someone taking it. I just wish you could pay less for them, i know disney is just raking in the money for the strollers

Definately don't worry about people stealing your stroller at Disney. There are THOUSANDS of personal strollers there everyday and theft is rarely an issue. Also, most people tend to have higher end Maclarens (or comparable) anyway...a bigger issue is making your own stand out!

We always bring our stroller with us. We like having it outside of the parks and at the airport. We gate check it so it's not a hassle at all. We have a Maclaren Triumph so it's not a huge hassle on the buses either since it folds up like an umbrella and has a carrying strap.

We have a small umbrella stroller, just not one that will handle 2 children and with a 2 year old and one that will just turn 5 I feel we need the double stroller. Just checked online and one that will handle my needs will be $179. Looks like i will be spending the extra 10 bucks to not have the hassle of carrying around the stroller.

There is a Wal*Mart close to WDW. They sell strollers to include a nice jogger model. It will be much cheaper than the $200 that you were looking at and then you can pass it on to another family that is arriving as you are leaving. Sort of like * Pixie Dust *

Thanks for all the help, but I am pretty sure i won't find a way to get to wallie world since we are flying in and disney magical express is taking us from the airport to disney and i don't think the driver of the buss will stop at the store so i can pick up a stroller. I just take $200 out of my sovenier money.

I've read on threads in the family forum that people buy the strollers on-line and have them delivered directly to the resorts. Then leave them or pass them along to another family. Then you don't have to worry about it at the airports, etc, but still have it to use at the World for less money.

Seems ridiculous to me that Disney is charging so much for rentals. We were planning on renting a single for my older son when he needed it. But now I'm looking for a used one, since I just bought a new Mac for DS2 expressly for our trip.
