Stroller for a 3 year old

Need some suggestions on stroller for a 3 year old. My DS weighs about 36lbs and we do not want to pay alot maybe around $40 since this will be the only time we will us it.

Why don't you try looking at garage/yard sales? You can find practically new items if you look for it. Or you could look in your local ads for people selling them. Strollers are also nice to be able to throw in some other items you want with you in the parks, like water, or little snack items for kids. Best of luck finding what you are looking for. Craigslist is a good place to look too. If it is a one time use item I'd be trying to get one for as little as possible.
