Stroller fans with the cages

I have been looking for the stroller fans with the cages over them and are small enough where fingers can't get into the fan. I can't find them anywhere. I have found the foam blade fans but I think ds would grab them and chew on them to where they wouldn't be of much use as a fan. LOL So does anyone know where I can find the other kind? Thanks so much!!
