Stroller delivery to Animal Kingdom

Hi! We have an upcoming stay at Animal Kingdom Lodge and would like to have a stroller delivered. Since we don't know which side we will be on until our room is assigned (Kidani or Jambo), how can we tell the company where to deliver? TIA

What? I have never heard of someone not knowing whether they are in kidani or jambo. The rooms are different, so I would think you would book one or the other. Did you pay cash or are you booked on dvc points?

Yes, you should definitely know which you are in. It should be on your confirmation

If you booked some kind of stand by wait list booking, none of us have heard of say Jambo House. You can walk, or bus, to Jambo (or txt vendor with the change, if necessary

Thanks! I didn't see anywhere on the reservation where it told me which side. But, I chatted with Disney and found out we are Jambo!
