So what do you do to your strollers that helps you pick out yours when you get it from the stroller parking? We want to do something just wanted some ideas. We leave in 21 days.
I just bought a string of the battery powered small string lights. I figured that will help when it gets darker out. I will also tie a scarf around ours, something colorful and easy to pick out. Last time I printed out a sheet that had our last name on it as well, just to be sure.
I always forget something to tie on our stroller, but what I've found to be very effective is to just open the stroller canopy. Apparently most people don't do that (?) - it makes it easy to spot and keeps it safe from birds.
Honestly, nothing. In all the trips we've had, never had an issue not being able to spot it. Typically, we leave something in the stroller, so that helps, but even without that it's pretty easy to find.
We only created a sign with our name. I had planned to buy a balloon and tie it to the stroller, just in case, but it was never needed. It was really easy to spot the stroller. I put it in a sheet protector that already had three holes in it (for going into a binder) and then used zip ties.
To create our sign, I just browsed the internet and copy/pasted pictures into paint and then googled "Disney font" for writing the words.
I made a side bag for my niece. It had a spot for a drink and some snacks. I also clipped Carabineer's to the handle to hang a water bottle. At night I used a glow bracelet on the handle.
We used curly ribbon from the dollar store (the pre-curled ones you put on top of wrapped gifts). Got the brightest neon colour I could find. We used it on our luggage to make it easy to spot on the conveyors, then switched it to the stroller we rented in Orlando. When we returned the stroller, just put it back on our luggage. Super easy to spot, really durable and super cheap.
We had something made and it has worked out well. I just zip tie it onto the handle of the stroller. Sometimes we will have a balloon or a bandana as well.
I made the logo in my profile picture for ours and laminated it. It said Disney Dawgs! It helped us spot our stroller and also started a lot of fun conversation with fellow Bulldog fans (or "foes") while waiting in lines and such. It didn't help much that we were there on a football weekend, so all the dudes that saw it kept asking us if we knew the score!
I brought a colorful plastic lei that DS had gotten in a goodie bag and looped it around the stroller handle. The stroller also had a laminated luggage tag on it.
Recognizing your stroller is more of an issue if you own a City Mini, since that's what so many of the local rental agencies provide.

More important than strings signs or baloons is make sure you park your stroller in a designated stroller parking location. By no means are you assured your stroller will stay in that spot but parking in a non stroller area is a sure fire way to have your stroller moved.
